Record maintenance

  1. Click the add button to record a new maintenance activity.

  2. Select the asset, enter the maintenance type, description, cost, and service provider details.

Note: Be detailed in your descriptions — this information is valuable when reviewing asset lifecycle costs. Record the cost accurately to build a true picture of total cost of ownership.

Schedule future maintenance

Set up scheduled maintenance tasks with due dates and reminders. The system will alert you when maintenance is due.

Review maintenance history

Filter the log to review maintenance history for specific assets, categories, or time periods. This helps with asset lifecycle decision-making.
